The rooftop spa is a real winner — a perfect spot to relax with great views. Combined with the excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, free parking and friendly staff, it made for a very enjoyable stay. The location next to a metro station also made getting around the city super convenient.

There are many facilities, the pool and sauna are great. The spa area is decorated beautifully and considerably. Breakfast was exceptional, full of choices and it’s our first time eating with live jazz music. That’s a big plus! We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great location for the price. The hotel staff is just super! Any problem is solved instantly. Cleanliness is at the highest level! The metro station is a few meters from the hotel. The food at the hotel is excellent and there is a large selection.

We stayed here as a family with two children, one of them still in a stroller. We chose this hotel because it was close to our friends’ apartment we were visiting. The hotel is located directly at the Vyšehrad metro station. Coming from the city, however, it is rather difficult to reach the reception with a stroller, since there is no elevator. You either have to take two sets of stairs or use the bridge above the highway and go all the way around the hotel – both options take quite some effort with small children. Leaving the hotel towards the city is no problem, as the reception is on the same level as the metro entrance. The hotel is quite child-friendly, offering different welcome gifts for kids and a children’s menu in the restaurant. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant every night – the food was delicious, but rather pricey. If you have the chance, I recommend exploring the restaurants in the surrounding area as well. Breakfast was very rich, probably the biggest variety I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The only downside was the piano music during breakfast – with the restaurant being so crowded, it just felt like extra noise. The swimming pool is quite small and the water rather cold, not really suitable for kids. But since this is a spa and not a waterpark, it’s totally understandable. The views from anywhere in the hotel are amazing. The beds are huge and very comfortable, and the rooms have bathtubs, which is a must when traveling with small children. Complimentary drinks were also provided in the room. The staff were all very friendly and everyone spoke excellent English. Overall: I would definitely come here again, but I’d make sure to have dinner elsewhere.

Our family and circle of friends stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, booking 5 rooms – and we didn’t regret a single moment! It’s very convenient that there is parking available — a real advantage in Prague. Public transport is also easily accessible and quickly takes you to all the main attractions. The hotel is spacious, yet guests don’t get in each other’s way — even during breakfast there was no crowding. We really liked the idea of the information board showing the estimated breakfast occupancy by time — very practical and helps with planning. The rooms were clean, and the new housekeeping staff member on our floor was kind and attentive. In the restaurant, our waiter Ihor served us smoothly and professionally. When they learned we were here to celebrate a family anniversary, the staff offered their help — which was a very pleasant surprise. Upon departure, the receptionist Samuel (apologies if we misspelled the name) gave each of us a bottle of water for the trip — a small gesture that speaks volumes about their genuine care. The hotel is rated 5 stars, but unlike many places where staff think, “We already have 5 stars — no need to try harder,” here they truly put effort into every guest’s experience. Even though Prague always has plenty of tourists and the hotel is never empty, the staff still goes the extra mile. And it really shows. We sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Prague!

Lovely hotel, comfortable room with a great view over the city. A fantastic breakfast, large variety of hot and cold options. I've never really considered salad or ice cream breakfast foods, but if you're partial to a 7am salad with a cold chocolate chaser they've got you covered. Took advantage of my Genius discount to get us an Executive room, and the Executive Lounge was very nice. Chilled little space with unlimited free beer, wine and soft drinks, and a small selection of snacks and sandwiches. Local area was nice, couple of great rock and metal bars just down the hill if you're that way musically inclined. There's a metro station that'll get you into central Prague right on the property, literally a minute walk from the lobby.

Me and my husband are very frequent travellers and I can tell that this hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Unfortunately we spent only one night here but oh god wish we could stay for longer. Just a quick list to admire the hotel and their staff: - everybody speaks perfect English - the hotel smells good and clean - free parking - the metro station is RIGHT next to the hotel entrance lol, amazing - very fast check-in and out - we got a welcome gift (wine!) - the room had an amazing view daytime and nighttime too (we stayed on the 22th floor), definitely worth booking the room with view - the room has a kind of vintage feeling but the way it is delivered is very pleasant and sophisticated - guys…they give you all the amenities of this world. Like seriously, there was basically nothing missing from toothbrush to slippers, gowns etc. VERY very big plus!! - BREAKFAST: Again, oh my god. Vegan, lactose-free etc. everything is prepared. There are so many delicious foods it is almost impossible to choose. - upon checking out we got a goodbye gift (again!), a very cute Prague magnet and a discount coupon for our next stay. All in all we really loved this hotel, the service, and even though we spent only one night here, we were totally amazed. We will definitely come back again!

Went for an anniversary trip and loved our stay. Free parking, great treatment from staff who even offered a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our occasion. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view (we chose city view & were on the 12th floor). Had a great dinner at The Grill restaurant and cocktails at the bar with live piano music later. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Highly recommended! Really enjoyed the stay. Spa looked good but was crowded as we went between 17-22h, which staff advised were high volume times. If you go outside of those hours, it looked like a great experience, pool view of the city was lovely.

The breakfast was amazing: at least 15 types of cheese, at least 15 types of cakes and cookies, different types of bread, fresh and delicious, the view from the dining room overlooking beautiful Prague. There were meats and sausages at breakfast, ice cream, fruits and vegetables, very very well invested It was amazing, even at 8:00 AM there was a pianist playing in front of the dining room in the morning and throughout the day. So much fun and relaxing. Well done to you.
